Looking for ABA or Evidence-Based Developmental Program Support?

We offer supervision, assessment, curriculum development, and ongoing support grounded in best-practice, neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Whether your child is just starting out or you’re looking to build on existing supports, we’ll work with you to develop an individualised program that fits your child’s needs and your family’s priorities.

Start with a Free 15-Minute Initial Phone Consultation - Let’s chat about where things are at, what you’re looking for, and how we can help.

What to Expect

Initial Set-Up
We begin with a comprehensive understanding of your child:

  • Evidence-based assessments (we choose the tools based on what’s developmentally and functionally appropriate)
  • Parent interviews and collaborative goal-setting
  • Functional behaviour assessment (if required)
  • Observation (in person or remote)
  • A personalised learning and support curriculum tailored to your child

Ongoing Clinical Oversight & Therapy Assistant (TA) Implementation

  • We recommend at least weekly 1:1 TA sessions in whatever location/environment is best suited to their goals
  • Monthly to termly review meetings with your supervising lead clinician
  • Phone and email clinical check-ins in between sessions
  • Ongoing training and coaching for parents, carers, teachers and therapy assistants
  • Reports for NDIS or school planning

Why Therapy Assistant (TA) Sessions?

We strongly recommend at least one weekly session with a Therapy Assistant, ideally more, and integration of our social/behaviour group therapy sessions wherever possible. Here’s why:

  • More Face Time, Better Outcomes
Regular sessions with a consistent TA allow your child to build a safe and trusting relationship with someone who gets them — their cues, their interests, their needs. That connection is key for learning.
  • ND-Friendly, Cost-Effective Model
Our model prioritises value for money: supervised by experienced clinicians, TA sessions are more affordable and offer more regular contact, which is critical for progress without burning through NDIS funding.
  • Sessions That Work Where You Are
Therapy happens in real-world spaces — at home, school, or out in the community — so your child can learn and practise skills where they’ll actually use them.
  • Supports Other Therapies
Our programs are designed to complement and collaborate with your child’s existing supports, including speech, OT, and psychology. We’re team players, and we believe in wraparound care.

Our TAs are carefully trained, supported, and supervised by senior clinicians (currently Behaviour Analysts) who oversee the program, track progress, and adjust goals as needed.

Our TA's are specifically training in the science of behaviour analysis and they use this as their primary teaching model, but they individually offer a huge range of other skills to make sessions fun and engaging. We have TA's who are Art Therapists, Acrobatics and Dance Instructors and ex-military tough guys.

Note: As Bloom is not currently NDIS Registered, any work within area of service can only be provided to Self or Plan Managed Participants.
