Our social groups run in school term blocks and usually follow through during school holidays, designed for adults, children and young people of all ages. Each group runs for up to three hours in small, intentionally curated settings — with a maximum of five participants and a minimum 2:1 therapist-to-child ratio to ensure safe, attuned, and individualised support.
Groups are developed and led by experienced clinicians who tailor activities to each person's developmental stage, interests, and support needs. We prioritise generalisation — meaning we don’t just teach skills in the therapy clinic, but in ways your child can use across home, school, and community life.
All of our groups are grounded in our Boss Skills Curriculum — a neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-informed framework based on Self-Determination Theory. This means we don’t just teach “social skills” — we build skills that help each child become the boss of their own life.
