We are a small business managed and run by senior clinicians with a wealth of experience in Behaviour Analysis, Disability, Early Intervention and Education.
Danieka is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner based in the outer suburbs of Melbourne. She began her career as an ABA therapist in 2015 in Melbourne, primarily in center-based intervention as a lead-therapist. In 2018 she moved into private program supervision supporting many clients across the south-western suburbs, where she continues to work now. She has a bachelor degree in psychology and then in 2020 went on to complete her master in education (ABA) at Monash University whilst building her little family complete with husband, 2 children, and 3 dogs. Danieka's expertise is with pre-school aged children with autism, and her top passions involve setting up and facilitating social groups, and compassionately supporting parents on their personal journey's.
Out of Bloom, Danieka has two young children, who take up all of her focus. She loves to spend time with family and friends, plan the best events, sew and design.
Ashlee is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Advanced Specialist NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner based in the Northern Rivers, NSW. She also works remotely.
Ashlee has worked within the disability and education sectors for 13 years. Early in her career she worked in adult disability support roles and then as a behaviour therapist with children with autism, whilst studying her bachelor of psychology. Ashlee went on to work as a program supervisor and clinical director in autism intervention, and an ABA training facilitator with the ABIA (now Autism Pathways). In 2019 she graduated with a masters in applied behaviour analysis and moved into work as a behaviour consultant with the Victorian Department of Education and Training, supporting teachers to understand and improve behaviour at school. She works with all ages and areas of support that we offer but has specialised experience in autism spectrum disorders, pediatrics, adults with intellectual disability, supervision and training.
Out of Bloom she juggles her three young children and an off-grid rural lifestyle (complete with a pet pig, chickens, ducks and other fun animals). In her limited spare time she loves to sew, play at being an artist, travel and get outside and enjoy the natural beauty of the world.
